Foreman in road and utility construction (m/f)

What you do:

Together with the site manager, you organize and lead your construction sites and ensure that the work is carried out professionally, safely, and efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• Leadership and organization of construction sites in road and utility construction
• Collaboration and coordination in road and civil engineering works as well as in the areas of sewerage, surfacing, paving, asphalt surfaces, and edge restraints
• Construction site setup observing safety measures in civil engineering
• Recording and surveying of simple terrain and components
• Operation of machines and equipment
• Participation in construction meetings and internal management reports

What you bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a foreman in road and/or utility construction
• Commitment as well as teamwork skills
• Assertiveness and organizational talent
• Resilience and flexibility
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
• You are used to working independently, taking responsibility, and pitching in where necessary
