The company is an independent family business in the civil engineering industry.

Your challenge:
Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people
Direct contact person on site
You make decisions together with the construction management and the managing director
You also like to roll up your sleeves and are a support for your team at all times Your backpack:
You have a foreman or polier training or bring many years of professional experience
Possess a driver's license
Organization is one of your strengths
You are resilient, flexible, communicative and are a team player
Mother tongue is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language respectively
You want to work at least 3 months a year
