Technician for electrical and telecommunications systems

What you can achieve.

• After various introductory courses, you will take over the construction, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and telecommunications systems on the railway infrastructure as a technician and thus contribute to availability and safety.
• You independently coordinate small orders and conversions and ensure smooth commissioning.
• In a small team, you ensure the quality of the systems and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
• In the event of malfunctions, you analyze the cause and rectify errors in the electrotechnical environment of the railway infrastructure.

What you bring with you.

• Your independence and ability to work in a team characterize you, and you remain calm even in hectic situations and maintain an overview.
• You bring a lot of motivation and willingness to learn for continuous further training and are happy to perform sporadic on-call duty, night work and weekend work.
• You are attentive, concentrated and physically resilient in order to successfully master this demanding work. Furthermore, you enjoy working outside in all weather.
• You have completed basic training as an Elektromonteur:in EFZ, Montage-Elektriker:in EFZ or similar and possess a driving license of category B. Sound telecommunications knowledge is an advantage.
