Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Production Management

Activity

• Your tasks
• Leadership, deployment planning, and coordination of a production team of around 6 employees
• Ensuring the timely manufacturing of drawing parts with CNC machines
• Ensuring high availability of the manufacturing machines
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks and problems in daily operations, in cooperation with production planning
• Creating CNC programs including creating the corresponding documentation
• Manufacturing (milling/turning and grinding) of high-quality machine parts (cast iron & steel) in small series or as individual parts
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and occupational safety
• Your qualifications
• Completed basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• Several years of experience in production in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling
• Very good knowledge in programming CNC programs (Esprit experience is an advantage)
• Experience in the personnel and technical leadership of employees
• Sound experience in production planning
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and precise way of working, initiative, sense of responsibility, and a team player
