For one of our clients, a reference company in high-end architectural finishing, located in the canton de Fribourg, we are looking for a: Concrete Cosmetician / Plasterer-Finishing Painter (M/F)

Your main missions

1. Preparation and dressing of substrates:

Repair of spalling, honeycombing and formwork defects
Fine leveling, millimetric smoothing and edge repair
Preparation of substrates to guarantee perfect flatness

1. Cosmetics and aesthetic finishes:

Harmonization of shades and shading of concrete
Reproduction of raw concrete textures: bubbling, formwork effects, veining
Application of mineral equalization stains

1. Protection and quality control:

Application of finishing treatments, water repellents and specific protections
Final control of visual homogeneity and compliance with architectural standards
The ideal profile:
You are an autonomous Concrete Cosmetician, you master from A to Z millimetric preparation and aesthetic / artistic retouching techniques on concrete.
The evolving profile that we train:
You are a CFC Plasterer-Painter, Coater, Stucco worker or experienced Finishing Painter. You are recognized for your dressing and your perfect smoothing of walls. You have an aesthetic sensitivity, an eye for colorimetry and you wish to be trained in a rare craft.
Requirements requested
Rigor, extreme meticulousness and a sharp sense of detail
Excellent perception of colors and textures
Autonomy, cleanliness of execution and pride in a job well done
Driving license cat. B indispensable (travel to construction sites in Suisse romande)
Fluent French, German is a plus
What we offer
Internal training in exclusive concrete cosmetic techniques for profiles coming from plastering/painting
Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
