Head of Joinery/Interior Fit-out m/f/d

Your challenges

In this key position, you will lead and develop the Joinery/Interior Fit-out business unit with entrepreneurial foresight. As an entrepreneur within the company, solution provider, and bridge builder, you will take responsibility for employees, projects, and profitability. You will develop customer-oriented solutions and promote cross-departmental cooperation. The following challenges await you:

• Overall responsibility for the operational and economic management as well as the strategic further development of the Joinery business unit with 15 employees
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees as well as ensuring efficient resource and deployment planning, bridge builder to the internal interior designers
• Responsibility for costs, budgets, deadlines, quality, and sustainable profitability
• Management of demanding joinery and interior fit-out projects from calculation to successful handover
• Development of customer-oriented and economical overall solutions in close cooperation with architecture, planning, timber construction, and project management
• Continuous optimization of processes and workflows as well as active support with technical and operational challenges

Our requirements

To be able to tackle these comprehensive tasks, ideally you bring the following backpack:

• Sound training in the joinery trade with further training as a Master Joiner, Technician HF, Operations Manager, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or a related field
• Sound knowledge in project execution, calculation, work preparation, production, and assembly
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking with high cost, quality, and customer awareness
• Strong leadership, decisive personality with organizational skills and strong social competence
• Strong communication solution provider and bridge builder with initiative, negotiation skills, and a hands-on mentality
