Concrete Plant Operator (m/f)

For one of our customers, we are looking for a Concrete Plant Operator (m/f).

Your future tasks:

You operate and monitor the ready-mix concrete plant independently.

You produce various types of concrete according to specified recipes, especially concrete for exposed concrete components.

You monitor the concrete quality, perform the intended controls, and document them.

You coordinate concrete production with the plasterer and the construction management.

You monitor the material stocks and order gravel, cement, and additives independently and in a timely manner.

You clean, care for, and maintain the plant and recognize and report malfunctions early.

You maintain the production and operational records using the plant software.

You provide flexible support for general construction site work when the concrete plant is not in operation.

Profile

You have at least two years of experience in operating a concrete plant.

You bring practical experience in the production and mixing of exposed concrete.

You have technical understanding and a strong awareness of quality.

You bring IT skills and are confident in handling computer-controlled plants.

You work independently, carefully, and reliably.

You are flexible and ready to work on the construction site as well during downtime of the concrete plant.

You are a team player and coordinate well with the construction site personnel.

You mandatory possess a driving license of category B.
