YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize, plan, and supervise roofing and tinsmithing work. * Supervise, motivate, and support teams on construction sites. * Ensure work monitoring, quality of execution, and compliance with deadlines. * Perform measurements on construction sites and define material needs. * Manage material orders and ensure their availability within the planned deadlines. * Ensure compliance with safety rules and coordinate interventions with various partners. * Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts, plan small interventions, and ensure customer satisfaction. YOUR PROFILE * Professional training and proven experience in roofing and/or tinsmithing. * 10 to 20 years of experience in the trade, including at least 5 years in Switzerland, is desired. * Experience in team leadership and construction site management. * Federal certificate and/or federal diploma: an appreciated asset. * Passion for the trade, motivation, and a real desire to invest oneself. * Developed sense of leadership, discipline, organization, and responsibility. * Autonomy, reliability, rigor, and team spirit; ability to take initiative and find solutions. * Driver's license, category B. IHRE AUFGABEN * Arbeiten im Bereich Dachdeckerei und Spenglerei organisieren, planen und überwachen. * Teams auf den Baustellen führen, motivieren und begleiten. * Arbeitsfortschritt, Ausführungsqualität und Einhaltung der Termine sicherstellen. * Aufmass auf den Baustellen vornehmen und den Materialbedarf ermitteln. * Materialbestellungen verwalten, nachverfolgen und die termingerechte Verfügbarkeit sicherstellen. * Die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften gewährleisten und Einsätze mit der Bauleitung, Architekten und weiteren Beteiligten koordinieren. * Unterhaltsverträge betreuen, kleinere Arbeiten planen und koordinieren sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen. IHR PROFIL * Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und fundierte Erfahrung in der Dachdeckerei und/oder Spenglerei. * 10 bis 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der Schweiz, sind erwünscht. * Erfahrung in der Teamführung und Baustellenleitung. * Eidgenössischer Fachausweis und/oder eidgenössisches Diplom: von Vorteil. * Leidenschaft für das Handwerk, Motivation und echte Bereitschaft, sich einzubringen. * Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie Organisations- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. * Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist. * Fähigkeit, vorausschauend zu planen, Initiative zu zeigen und Lösungen zu finden. * Führerausweis Kategorie B.
