Precision Mechanics Workshop Manager - M/F at 100%

• Higher education in mechanics, industrial production or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing a production workshop, ideally in stamping/deep drawing, cutting or machining
• Solid knowledge of industrial processes and strong presence on the field
• Leadership and ability to unite teams
• Sense of organization and decision-making
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate transversally
• Rigor, autonomy and results orientation

PERMANENT POSITION - Excellent conditions, daytime hours, Reporting to management, you will pilot the workshop activity and guarantee the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline and productivity objectives. You will lead the teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance.

• Organize and supervise the workshop production
• Supervise, support and develop teams
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives
• Optimize production performance (OEE, quality, yield)
• Ensure the monitoring of indicators and implement improvement actions
• Collaborate with the Methods, Maintenance, quality and R&D departments
• Participate in industrialization projects and equipment improvement
