Tasks ##

• at the Garage Hagenholz, everything revolves around the safety and operational readiness of our bus fleet - you change wheels on our line buses, check the condition and tread depth of the tires and replace them when necessary
• additionally, you mount and dismount tires on rims and ensure that the right tires are available at all times
• you organize the storage and retrieval of around 1000 tires, manage the tire warehouse, and initiate orders - you independently open, process, and close the associated orders
• furthermore, you transfer buses, exchange vehicles on the lines, and support your colleagues in the workshop if needed
• a modern workplace with contemporary infrastructure and high-quality work equipment awaits you
• your safety and health are our top priority - therefore, we provide you with the appropriate protective equipment and ensure a working environment in which you can contribute your strengths
• the regular working hours from Monday to Friday are supplemented by individual early shifts, which begin at approximately 3.30 or 4.00 o'clock about four times per year.
• with your work, you make an important contribution to ensuring that VBZ buses are on the road safely, reliably, and punctually every day
• the team looks forward to your support and motivation

Profile ##

• you have the federal professional examination for tire specialists or an adequate qualification
• you possess a category C driver's license
• you bring sound experience in the automotive industry.
• you are physically resilient and enjoy working in an environment where your hands-on approach is required and you might occasionally get black hands
• you appreciate varied activities and pitch in where support is needed

Do you bring what is important in terms of knowledge and experience for this position? Wonderful, then we will gladly make you a fair salary offer, which will be between 66'000 and 75-000 Swiss francs annual salary, or between 5'000 and 5'700 Swiss francs monthly salary (100% workload). Often, applications from talents who do not yet meet all the requirements or, on the other hand, bring above-average knowledge and experience are also interesting. In these cases, starting salaries slightly below or above this range are also possible.
