SRM AG is a family business with nearly 90 employees. For over 40 years, we have been manufacturing high-precision components used in a wide variety of industries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Department Manager Turning.

Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of our team in the Turning department
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of daily production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Optimization of manufacturing processes and introduction of new technologies
• Training and further development of employees
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth production processes

You bring with you:

• Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Experience in the leadership or supervision of a team
• Profound knowledge in the programming and operation of CNC turning machines
• Experience with CAM systems
• Technical understanding, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Enjoyment in making a difference together with your team
• Good German skills
