Which exciting tasks are you allowed to take on with us?

• Part of the project team: Internally, you work closely with our project managers and act as the bridge between planning and the construction site.
• Tender & Award: You prepare tender documents and bills of quantities, obtain offers, compare them, and prepare the award. You negotiate with contractors and thus lay the foundation for timely and cost-secure implementation.
• Work contracts: You create the work contracts with the contractors and define the scope of work, deadlines, and conditions.
• Coordination of specialist planning: In the relevant phases, you coordinate the specialist planners (electrical or HVAC) and ensure that their plans interlock.
• Construction management & execution: You manage the execution on-site and lead all involved trades. You plan and control deadlines, lead construction meetings, check the quality of work, and ensure that our concepts are implemented exactly as they were intended.
• Safety & health protection: You ensure that everyone works safely on our construction sites. You implement the requirements for occupational safety and health protection and coordinate the measures with the contractors.
• Costs & controlling: You monitor the budget, check invoices and supplements, perform cost control, and recognize deviations before they become a problem.
• Acceptance & completion: You organize acceptances and defect management, accompany commissioning, and hand over finished working environments to the customers, including complete documentation and final accounting.
• Warranty & aftercare: Even after the handover, you remain the contact person. You accompany the warranty period, follow up on warranty defects with the contractors, and organize warranty acceptances so that our customers also enjoy their new working environments in the long term.

You are exactly right for us if..

• You bring a completed education or further training in construction, for example as a Bauleiter:in HF with a federal diploma, as a structural draftsman, with basic manual training in interior fit-out and appropriate further training, or with a degree in architecture or interior design.
• You have at least five years of experience in construction management, ideally in interior or tenant fit-out.
