Mechanic for packaging systems (m/f/d) 100%

Area of responsibility

• Timely conversion or adjustment of the packaging systems in consultation with the Packaging department
• Training and optimizing systems and control units (cameras, code readers, serialization)
• First point of contact at the packaging line in the event of malfunctions, as well as developing solution proposals for recurring malfunctions.
• Instruction and supervision of the packaging staff in the correct operation of production systems
• Execution of maintenance and repair work, as well as general workshop tasks
• Compliance with hygiene specifications and GMP-compliant documentation
• Partial participation in routine production as a production expert
• Processing of constructive work for process improvements on production and packaging systems as well as on auxiliary devices

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechatronics technician or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Good IT knowledge (system operation, MES/OEE systems, serialization, maintenance, etc.)
• Authorization as an operating electrician according to NIV (Art. 13 or 15) is an advantage or you bring the willingness to acquire this
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working and high quality awareness
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are a plus
• Readiness for shift work (currently 3-shift)
