For an established company in a technical environment, we are looking for a dedicated Service Technician for Heat Exchangers (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will combine technical expertise with direct customer contact and take responsibility for service, maintenance, and repair work on heating and cooling systems. You can expect a varied field of activity with a high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of service offerings.

Tasks

In this role, you will perform cleaning, service, and maintenance work on various heat exchangers as well as wet and dry coolers. You will advise customers directly on-site regarding service and installation questions and carry out measurements of existing systems for replacement deliveries. Your area of responsibility also includes repair and replacement work as well as technical advice regarding connections, piping, and other system-specific topics. In the event of malfunctions, you will analyze the causes, rectify them independently where possible, and document damage or defects for the project management. Furthermore, you will create service reports including pressure test protocols and photo documentation, and handle the post-processing as well as coordination of service orders. Additionally, you will participate in conversions and adjustments of heat exchangers, perform pressure tests and damage assessments, and support general workshop and vehicle work.

Requirements

For this exciting challenge, you have completed technical training as a sanitary or heating installer. You already bring several years of experience as a service technician and are characterized by sound manual skills. Good MS Office skills as well as excellent German skills in speaking and writing are required; French skills are an advantage. Personally, you impress through high customer orientation, initiative, and a sense of responsibility. You work independently, think solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. Strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, as well as a reliable and structured way of working round off your profile.
