Tasks

• Leading and coordinating a team of horticultural workers

• Planning and organizing daily workflows

Profile

• Completed training in the field of horticulture or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in horticulture, ideally in a leadership position
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
