To strengthen the construction management, we are looking for a personality who confidently leads interior and tenant fit-outs of 500 to several thousand square meters from tender to commissioning.

Your tasks

• Part of the project team: close cooperation with the project managers as a bridge between planning and the construction site
• Tender & Award: preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities, obtaining offers, comparison, preparation of awards, and negotiation with contractors
• Works contracts: preparation of works contracts including definition of scope of services, deadlines, and conditions
• Coordination of specialist planning: coordination of specialist planners (e.g., electrical, HVAC) in the relevant phases
• Construction management & execution: management of execution on-site, leadership of all trades, scheduling and control, management of construction meetings, quality inspection
• Safety & Health protection: implementation of requirements for occupational safety and health protection on the construction site
• Costs & Controlling: budget monitoring, checking of invoices and extras, cost control
• Acceptance & Completion: organization of acceptances, defect management, accompaniment of commissioning, handover including documentation and final accounting
• Guarantee & Aftercare: accompaniment of the guarantee period and follow-up of guarantee defects

Your profile

• Completed training or further education in construction (e.g., Bauleiter:in HF, federal diploma, structural draughtsman, basic manual training in interior fit-out with further education or studies in architecture/interior architecture)
• At least five years of experience in construction management, ideally in interior or tenant fit-out
• Knowledge of the entire process according to SIA from tender through commissioning to final accounting
• Clear leadership on the construction site and confident handling of customers
• Structured way of working with several parallel projects (keeping costs and deadlines under control)
• Ideally experience with Vectorworks and Delta Project
• Confident communication in German and English; French or Italian is an advantage
• Enjoyment of variety and willingness to implement projects in different locations in German-speaking Switzerland
