Your tasks

• Maintenance, repair and cleaning work on buildings and technical facilities
• Care of outdoor areas, disposal and internal moves (incl. office equipment)
• Driving service with the personnel bus (Cat. D1)
• Accompanying, promoting and supporting 3 apprentices in Facility Management EFZ and EBA according to the applicable training guidelines
• Deployment and training planning
• Designing individual learning processes using selected learning methods
• Recruitment of new apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ (specialization in house services)
• Further training as a caretaker with federal specialist certificate is an advantage
• Some years of professional experience in the areas of facility management and vocational training
• Organizational flair and high level of independence
• Empathy, commitment and pedagogical skill in dealing with young people
• Good IT skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work flexible hours between 05:00 and 22:00
• Driver's license B (D1 an advantage or willingness to complete it)
