• Independent organization and management of construction sites
• Leadership and coordination of a plastering team
• Execution of all plastering work in the interior and exterior
• Plastering work, base coat and finishing plaster
• Drywall and plastering work
• Facade and insulation work
• Planning and coordinating work processes
• Determining material requirements and organizing material orders
• Creating measurements and reports
• Control of the performed work and ensuring quality
• Compliance with deadlines, occupational safety and order on the construction site
• Cooperation with construction management, customers and other tradespeople
• Active participation in demanding work

Requirements

• Completed training as Gipser EFZ
• Further training as Gipser-Vorarbeiter SMGV is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the plastering trade
• Experience in leading a team
