The operations electricians team is part of the Service Delivery Management at Green and autonomously carries out installations on our infrastructure as well as customer orders.

We are looking for an experienced management personality with the necessary know-how to successfully lead and develop a motivated team in our dynamic environment.

Your area of responsibility ##

• Technical and disciplinary management of the operations electricians team
• Ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of the electrical infrastructure
• Planning and coordination of electrical work as well as resource planning
• Compliance and application of safety and quality standards
• Management of electrical modifications and sub-projects
• Coaching and development of employees
• Collaboration with internal specialized departments and external partners

Your skills ##

• Completed training as an electrical installer CFC or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the operation of electrical installations, ideally in the field of data centers
• Experience in team management
• In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Structured and responsible way of working
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Continuing education in the electrical field desired
