• Completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in toolmaking
• Sound knowledge in CAM programming
• Experience with Siemens NX is an advantage
• Confident handling of complex manufacturing tasks
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Strong quality awareness
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment of modern CNC manufacturing and precise individual part production
• Responsible personality with technical understanding

• Programming with Siemens NX
• Production of electrodes and sinker EDM programs
• Manufacturing of workpieces on 3- and 5-axis precision milling machines
• Operation of the linear cell
• Responsibility for high-quality and precise manufacturing of individual parts
• Processing of demanding and varied manufacturing orders
• Ensuring optimally coordinated processes within the team
• Close cooperation with specialist colleagues from manufacturing, toolmaking, and technology
• Active participation in efficient, precise, and stable production processes
