Process Mechanic Extrusion Blow Molding

To strengthen our dedicated production team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality as a Process Mechanic Extrusion Blow Molding – 100% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth order processing
• Independent operation of the machines, including monitoring the production process / compliance with specified values
• Carrying out quality controls based on inspection instructions
• Ongoing documentation and completion of production orders.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions on the extrusion blow molding machines
• Carrying out material changes & cleaning of peripheral equipment
• Coordination of the shift group (5 employees)
• Carrying out the shift handover & participation in shop floor meetings
• Requesting consumables
• Relevant transfer of information in the event of malfunctions / deviations from the production plan etc. to the production manager
• Training / instruction of shift personnel (in connection with complaints, process changes etc.)
• Supporting the production manager in daily business or in production-related projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Providing support to shift employees if necessary
• Active participation in optimizing plants and processes and increasing efficiency

We expect

• Training as a process mechanic in the plastics industry, ideally experience in the field of extrusion blow molding
• Good German skills (oral and written)
• Readiness for shift work and corresponding physical condition
• Enjoyment of interaction with people (initial leadership experience is a plus)
• High understanding and awareness of quality
• Independent and solution-oriented action
