Production Operator - Surface Treatment (M/F)

Your responsibilities
--------------------

As a Surface Treatment Technician, your mission will be to:

• Ensure the operation and monitoring of galvanic treatment lines in order to guarantee compliance with production and quality standards.
• Ensure the smooth running of production flows and intervene in case of deviations.
• Perform aesthetic and dimensional controls of the produced parts.
• Carry out first-level maintenance operations on the equipment.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the good dynamics of the workshop by promoting communication and information sharing within the team.
• Apply and respect safety, quality, and environmental rules.

Your profile
------------

Education

• CFC in Production Technologist, Electroplaste, Chemistry Laboratory Technician or training deemed equivalent.

Experience

• First successful experience in an industrial or automated production environment.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of industrial chemistry, surface treatments, or electroplating constitutes a real asset.
