Your mission

Within a high-end production environment, you are the guarantor of the quality and precision of your work. Realize various watchmaking decorations in compliance with defined quality standards and cadences. Perform finishing and end-of-flow operations, notably brushing and mise en bouclard. Carefully handle very small components requiring precision and dexterity. Visually control the quality of your work and identify any non-conformities. Ensure compliance with the methods, quality requirements, and standards of the manufacture. Contribute, through your rigor and sense of detail, to the production of pieces meeting the highest levels of demand.

Your profile

You are a meticulous, precise person passionate about well-done work. A first experience in watchmaking, ideally in decoration or finishing, constitutes a real asset. Excellent manual dexterity and ease in handling small components. Precise eye and a sharp sense of detail. Rigorous, calm, methodical, and organized personality. Ability to maintain a high level of quality in a demanding environment. Comfortable with production objectives and high-quality standards. Motivation to evolve in a prestigious watchmaking environment and to develop your expertise. Availability and flexibility for 2x8 shifts
