Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, ranging from injection-molded parts and pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. This keeps us agile, independent and efficient. What you can achieve: * You support the smooth operation of our modern production and assembly processes and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing. * Support production employees with technical questions * Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in the production environment * Electronic and mechanical assembly as well as carrying out tests of assemblies and instruments * Setting up and supervising production lines * Participation in improvement projects to increase quality, safety and efficiency * Participation in the introduction of new products into production * Support in the creation and updating of work instructions and technical documentation * Close cooperation with production, quality, engineering and logistics departments * Support with Lean and KVP activities What you bring with you: * Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician or comparable) * Experience in an industrial production environment * Technical understanding of production processes * Enjoyment of the analysis and solution of technical challenges * Confident handling of IT systems and MS Office * Structured and independent way of working * Very good German skills and English skills are an advantage * Team-oriented and communicative personality Learn more about professional opportunities at Hamilton at [ ](< >).
