Your mission

Reporting to our manufacturing/machining department, you ensure the setup, adjustments, and optimization of processes.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the setup, adjustment, and monitoring of production machines of the Star and Index type.
• Produce complex parts according to the defined plans and requirements
• Guarantee the quality of the produced parts by performing quality controls
• Identify and propose improvements in order to optimize production processes
• Participate in the first-level maintenance of the equipment

Your profile

• CFC in polymechanic option décolletage or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function
• Comfortable with reading plans and machining complex parts with full autonomy
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical spirit, solution-oriented, rigor, and the ability to organize work and priorities according to expectations
• Current use of MS Office IT tools

Place of work: 2500 Bienne

Working hours: day shift, but willing to work in teams occasionally.
