For an office for general planning and construction management in Zürich, we are looking for a female or male construction manager. Since 2007, the team has been accompanying architecturally demanding new builds and renovations for well-known architectural offices. Eleven people, short decision-making paths, personal cooperation. Start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent construction management of demanding new builds and renovations in structural engineering
• Coordination of contractors and workflows
• Keeping an eye on deadlines, quality and costs
• Tenders, works contracts and construction accounting
• Accompanying until acceptance and warranty completion

Your profile

• Training in construction and experience in construction management
• For example, dipl. Bauleiter/in, Techniker/in HF, Architekt/in FH/ETH or comparable background
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident communication
• Secure on the construction site and in the digital working world
