Customer Gardener Maintenance & Care

Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Gardener Maintenance & Care for our client.

Your tasks:

• Independent care and maintenance of customer gardens
• Organization and coordination of work on-site
• Leading a small team during maintenance work
• Lawn care and lawn renovation
• Hedge, shrub, and tree pruning
• Planting work and plant care
• Plant protection
• Felling work and green waste removal
• Pond and pool care
• Smaller garden changes and adjustment work
• Operation and maintenance of garden machines and equipment
• Direct contact and care of customers on-site
• Independent and responsible working

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Gardener EFZ, ideally landscaping
• Several years of professional experience in garden maintenance / customer garden
• Experience as a foreman or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Good plant knowledge
• Confident handling of machines and equipment
• Independent, reliable, and organized way of working
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Teamwork skills
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
