Polymechanic option turning

Our client, a constantly evolving watchmaking company, is looking to perform setups and ensure production, a/an:

Polymechanic option turning (M/F/X)

Mission :

• Guarantee compliance with production standards
• Train, support and replace production operators if necessary
• Intervene with setters to resolve technical problems
• Lead follow-up meetings and drive associated action plans
• Contribute to the capitalization and sharing of know-how
• Participate in the integration of new equipment and/or manufacturing processes
• Train and support the apprentice as part of their training as a turner

Profile :

• CFC in polymechanics, option turning, or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience on Tornos Swissnano and Citizen R04/R07 equipment
• Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools
• Methodical spirit and good analytical skills
• Ability to be proactive
• Mastery of communication and interpersonal skills
