Job Description ##

• Operating and monitoring the systems for the production of coated battery electrodes while simultaneously ensuring product quality
• Participation in the operational production process
• Carrying out fault analyses and rectifications
• Checking and monitoring product specifications
• Responsible for qualitative as well as quantitative goal achievement
• Cleaning the plant and plant parts and simple maintenance work
• Constantly optimizing production processes to increase productivity while maintaining the required quality
• Training new plant operators in the systems and processes

Profile ##

• Completed vocational training as a production mechanic or plant operator

Professional Requirements ##

• Sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in operating plants
• Good technical understanding and experience in a production company
• You possess analytical skills, are a team player, resilient, and demonstrate an exact way of working
• You are reliable, flexible, assertive, and responsible
• Willingness to work in shift operations
• Basic PC knowledge in Office applications (Word and Excel)
• German language skills, spoken and written
