• you independently set up the systems in the areas of cutting, folding, stitching, glue binding, mailing and shipping
• you ensure smooth production while complying with the required quality and quantity
• you consistently comply with ISO and swissPSO standards
• you undertake maintenance and servicing work on the systems as well as the peripheral devices
• you lead a shift team, coordinate workflows and issue instructions

• you have training as a print media processor, print finisher or industrial bookbinder
• you bring experience in handling state-of-the-art post-press systems in industrial manufacturing
• you are technically interested and work cleanly and precisely
• you remain independent and reliable even in hectic situations
• you are willing to work in 2 to 3-shift operations and speak good German
