Sanitary Installer EFZ – with development perspective towards leadership (M&W)

Your tasks:

• Independent execution of sanitary installations in new builds and renovations
• Service, repair, and maintenance work
• Coordination of work on the construction site
• Technical support and supervision of employees and apprentices
• Gradual assumption of leadership responsibility and team coordination
• Ensuring high quality of work as well as timely execution

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Sanitary Installer EFZ
• Around 10 years of professional experience in the sanitary sector
• Driver's license category B
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working in a team
• Motivation to take on responsibility and to develop yourself into a leadership role
• Good German skills; French skills are an advantage
