Company Introduction

Fraises & Outils SELECTION FOS SA is a family-owned SME specializing in the manufacture of cutting tools, more specifically steel and hard metal milling cutters. Recognized for the quality of our Swiss Made tools, we utilize know-how passed down through 5 generations and we are a world leader in our market. Thanks to our modern and automated machine park (Fanuc Robodrill, Anca, CMZ), we ensure all stages of the manufacturing of our tools in our workshop, from the raw material to the finished tool.

Main Mission

Produce mechanical parts using CNC turning and participate in the manufacture of various milling cutters by ensuring the setup of various CNCs in the manufacturing process.

Guarantee the quality, reliability, and respect of production deadlines while actively contributing to technical improvement and the optimization of manufacturing processes.

Production and Manufacturing

Setup of a four-axis CMZ CNC lathe with Fanuc control, sub-spindle, and rotary tools. Setup on a 5-axis CNC machine park (Fanuc Robodrill), grinding machines as well as certain manual operations. Actively participate in the manufacture, development, and maintenance of tooling. Guarantee the conformity of the produced parts according to technical and quality requirements.

Machine Setup and Monitoring

Set up, program, and control CNC machines to ensure optimal operation. Ensure the smooth running of machining operations and intervene in case of deviations or technical problems. Optimize machining processes and production parameters.

Quality and Control

Guarantee production quality through the use of measuring instruments. Ensure the traceability and conformity of the produced parts.

Your Profile

Polymechanic, microtechnician, or CFC micro-mechanic. Professional experience of at least 3 years. Programming (Fanuc controls). Good mastery of 5-axis CNC machining. Knowledge in CNC programming and CAM. Experience in surface and cylindrical grinding. Experience with precision measuring tools.

Languages

Fluent French indispensable

Technical English is an asset for reading documentation.
