Your tasks

You take care of the ordering process, keep an overview at the cash desk, and ensure an attractive design of our sales areas. With your ideas, you actively help develop our assortment and bring your passion for plants to the competent advice in the indoor area.

Your profile

You are a trained gardener, florist, retail Polynatura, or bring experience from the green industry. You are open, warm, creative, and a team player. Organization and design are your strengths, as well as competent and sympathetic advice. In addition, you like to roll up your sleeves – whether for stocking, decorating, or watering. Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory for this position. A category B driver's license is an advantage.
