As part of the development of the industrial activities of our client, a beautiful SME of 80 employees, we are recruiting a Technical Referent specialized in 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling.

Technical Referent in 5-Axis Milling CDI

Your mission:

To structure, support, and evolve a high-precision production environment within a company recognized for the quality of its achievements in demanding sectors such as watchmaking, medical, and jewelry.

Your responsibilities:

Technical expertise - 5-axis CNC milling

• Master the use and optimization of 5-axis simultaneous machining centers (Agie Charmilles, Willemin Macodel 508 or equivalents)
• Ensure programming, setup, and production monitoring
• Control part quality (SPC)
• Be proactive in proposing improvements to machining and quality processes

CAM & programming

• Use CAM software in an advanced manner
• (GibbsCAM, AlphaCAM, Cimatron or similar)
• Optimize tool paths and machining strategies

Leadership & management

• Supervise, motivate, and grow a production team
• Develop skills in a logic of continuous improvement
• Organize priorities and guarantee compliance with deadlines and quality

Your profile

• CFC in mechanics, polymechanic or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 5-axis CNC milling in demanding environments
• Perfect mastery of high-precision machining
• Solid skills in programming, setup, and optimization
• Confirmed experience in team management
• Rigorous, proactive personality, oriented towards quality and continuous improvement
