As a caretaker (m/f/d), you ensure that our property runs smoothly - technically, visually, and humanly. Become the face on-site and shape our everyday life with your craftsmanship, your service mentality, and your sense of quality. The position is to be filled immediately.

• Independent provision of caretaker services on an area
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work including grounds maintenance as well as winter service
• Execution of technical rounds
• Coordination of appointments and supervision of external service providers
• Care of building technical systems as well as troubleshooting
• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property
• Professional waste disposal activities
• Readiness for on-call service in a rotation system

Requirements

• Readiness and flexibility for assignments in Zürich und Umgebung
• Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in facility management, building technology or a similar basic training with further training to federal diploma (eidg. FA) caretaker
• Professional experience in house services or in caretaker services
• Knowledge in the maintenance of building technical and/or industrial systems is desirable
• Reliable, independent as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Good manners, pleasant and confident appearance as well as a well-groomed appearance
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as strong communication skills
• Team spirit and high service orientation
• Confident handling of IT
• Flawless reputation
• Valid driver's license Cat. B, knowledge of manual transmission is mandatory
