La Fondation Mon Foyer, active in housing in Sion, is looking for an operations agent / professional concierge at 80-100% for its real estate portfolio.

Are you a field person, autonomous and rigorous, with a true sense of service?
This versatile position, divided between two intervention perimeters, offers you a stable and human working environment within a foundation active in housing.

Your mission will revolve around four areas:

• Maintenance - routine maintenance of the interior and exterior common areas of several buildings, primarily in the Platta district;
• Landscaping - maintenance of the green spaces and exteriors of the foundation's real estate portfolio;
• Technical surveillance - monitoring of buildings, reporting of anomalies, usual maintenance work, small technical interventions - across the entire portfolio;
• Support to residents - nearby help and support to the tenants of the entire portfolio.

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC as an operations agent or a federal certificate as a concierge;
• Confirmed experience in a similar role;
• Autonomous, organized and versatile person;
• Good interpersonal skills, service spirit and ability to work with different audiences;
• Very good knowledge of building technology;
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.

• Indefinite term contract (CDI) at 80-100%, rate can evolve according to needs;
• Start date on 1 April 2027 or as agreed;

For reasons of organization and proximity to residents, it is desired that the person hired resides or moves into one of the housings of the Fondation Mon Foyer in Platta.
