Swiss Lathe Operator 100% (F/M/X)

Your mission

Reporting to our manufacturing/machining department, you ensure the setup, adjustments, and optimization of processes.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the setup, adjustment, and monitoring of production machines of the Star and Index type.
• Produce complex parts according to the defined plans and requirements
• Guarantee the quality of produced parts and perform quality controls
• Identify and propose improvements to optimize production processes
• Participate in the first-level maintenance of equipment

Your profile

• CFC in polymechanic option lathe making or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function
• Comfortable in reading plans and machining complex parts with full autonomy
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical, solution-oriented spirit, rigor and ability to organize work and priorities according to expectations
• Common use of MS Office IT tools

Workplace: 2500 Bienne

Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
