For a small, well-coordinated construction and project management office in Zentralschweiz, we are looking for a Construction Manager. You will manage new construction and renovation projects independently and will be the central contact person on the construction site.

Your tasks:

• Independent construction management of new construction and renovation projects
• On-site construction management and supervision of execution
• Leading construction meetings
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality
• Coordination of clients, planners and contractors

Your profile:

• Basic training in the main construction trade and sound construction site know-how
• Further training in construction management and experience as a Construction Manager is an advantage
• Responsible, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Confident use of MS Office, Messerli is an advantage
