Watch Assembly Operator

As part of recruitment for several companies in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for operators in the assembly of watch components.

Your missions

After a period of integration and training in the position, you will notably be responsible for:

• Carrying out the assembly of watch components according to the established instructions and procedures;
• Performing precise and repetitive manual operations;
• Using the tools and equipment adapted to the different stages of assembly;
• Carrying out a visual self-check of your work;
• Identifying and reporting any non-conformities;
• Respecting quality, precision and productivity requirements;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation;
• Applying safety instructions and internal procedures.

Your profile

This opportunity is open to people having experience in the following fields:

• Watchmaking;
• Medical;
• Electronics;
• Aeronautics;
• Automobile;
• Jewelry;
• Sewing or garment making;
• More generally, any industrial environment requiring meticulousness and precision.

You do not yet have experience in watchmaking? Profiles wishing to undergo retraining are also welcome. Your motivation, your ability to learn and your dexterity will be particularly appreciated.
