• Perform precise cuts and careful finishes.
• Ensure the installation of parquet and various floors with expertise.

Skills ##

• 3 years of experience and CFC in floor covering installation required.
• Mastery of installation techniques for resilient and hard floors.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

We are currently looking for a Resilient flooring installer and/or Parquetry installer M/F for one of our clients based in the canton of Genève.

Your mission:

• Surface preparation, cleaning, sanding, reading plans, restoring a screed if necessary, leveling and removal if necessary.
• Installation of insulation layers
• Parquet: Cutting and installation of all types of laminate, engineered or solid parquet (floating, glued or nailed installation),
• Ensure cuts, adjustments and finishes (skirting boards, thresholds, moldings),
• Ensure precise cuts around obstacles (pipes, corners, frames-)
• Perform finishes: sanding, vitrification, oiling if necessary, skirting boards, threshold bars, waterproofing in wet areas.
• Installation of PVC, vinyl, linoleum and carpet coverings
• Installation of strip, tile and PVC plank flooring
• Performing cuts and adjustments around obstacles.
• Application of suitable adhesives and fixing products.
• Performing hot or cold welding of coverings.

Your profile:

• You have 3 years of successful experience in the trade
• You hold a CFC in floor covering installation or parquetry or an equivalent training
• You hold the mandatory driver's license
• You are fully equipped
