Our Ricola candies accompany people all over the world - and with your work, you contribute to ensuring they can rely on our trusted quality. In our production in Laufen, you will accompany the manufacture of our hard candies from cooking to shaping.

Your mission:

• Manufacture of our hard candies according to the production program - from cooking to shaping
• Operation and monitoring of the cooking and pressing plants as well as the associated devices and aids
• Performance of in-process controls using SAP and GMP-compliant documentation of the required process steps
• Ensuring our high quality requirements as well as compliance with specifications regarding product safety (e.g., IFS, FDA, GMP), hygiene, and occupational safety
• Careful maintenance of the plants as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area according to the 5S principles
• Early reporting of malfunctions and unusual occurrences
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our processes, so that we achieve our production goals together and handle our raw materials carefully

With care, technical skill, and a sense for quality, you bring our valuable ingredients into the right shape.

To do this, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a food technologist or a comparable training in the food sector
• Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment and a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with production plants
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management (e.g., 5S and KVP) as well as enjoyment in questioning processes and improving them together in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good PC user skills; SAP experience is an advantage
• Readiness to work in 2-shift operation as well as occasional Saturday work
• Ability to reliably reach the place of work early in the morning without public transport
