A proprietor-managed construction management office in Zürich specializes in construction management and overall coordination. The projects arise in close cooperation with architectural offices and clients, often from competition procedures. Construction management is understood here as part of the design process. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed construction management personality.

Your tasks

• You coordinate and lead the contractors on the construction site
• You control deadlines, costs and quality
• You prepare tenders and accompany the awards
• You ensure careful implementation and develop solutions on site
• You are responsible for acceptances, communication and reporting

Your profile

• Training in construction, e.g., Drafter EFZ, Construction Manager HFP or comparable
• Interest in good architecture and pleasure in taking on responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and pleasure in dialogue
• Professional experience is secondary, beginners are also welcome
