Production Mechanic - CNC Manufacturing with 5-axis machining centers

Activity

• Analysis of new parts and determination of the manufacturing strategy
• Programming the machining centers and machine tools
• Independent machining of workpieces on the 5-axis machining centers
• Carrying out quality control including documentation of the machined parts
• manually and by means of measuring machines
• Timely and quality-compliant processing of customer orders

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a production mechanic with professional experience
• Experience in programming, setup and
• operation of 5-axis
• milling/turning centers is an advantage
• Experience in the area of ISO programming (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, NUM) is an
• advantage
• Ideal age between 20 and 50 years
