Job description ##

You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring their reliability, safety, and availability.

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance work on heavy goods vehicles.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics.
• Identify faults and determine the necessary interventions.
• Perform repairs and replacement of mechanical parts.
• Intervene on braking systems, suspension, transmission, engine, and auxiliary equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• Perform necessary checks and tests after intervention.
• Ensure quality work in compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Complete intervention reports and ensure follow-up of the work performed.

Profile sought ##

We are looking for a profile:

• Training as an automotive, heavy goods vehicle, or agricultural machinery mechanic, or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in heavy goods vehicle mechanics.
• Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and onboard electronics.
• Good ability to diagnose faults autonomously.
• Methodical, precise, and possessing a good analytical mind.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Heavy goods vehicle driving license, an asset.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools constitutes an advantage.
