HVAC Technician 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) installations
• Control the proper functioning of technical installations and guarantee their performance
• Diagnose faults and intervene quickly in order to ensure the continuity of the installations
• Optimize the settings and regulation loops of HVAC equipment
• Perform measurement campaigns, hydraulic and aerallic balancing
• Coordinate the interventions of external companies and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of small technical projects as well as the procurement of necessary material
• Ensure a technical standby service according to the schedule established with the team

Profile

• CFC as a heating or sanitary installer, ideally completed by a technician ES diploma in building technology or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in the maintenance of HVAC installations, ideally on industrial sites or complex technical sites
• Mastery of Centralized Technical Management systems (GTC/MCR) and standard IT tools
• Solid skills in diagnosis, maintenance, and optimization of technical installations
• Autonomous, rigorous person capable of effectively managing priorities
• Excellent team spirit, sense of service, and good communication skills
• Available to participate in the on-call service according to the team rotation
