Your main tasks are: * Maintenance and upkeep of buildings, facilities and building services systems * Monitoring and optimization of building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary installations, lifts) * Maintenance of the outdoor area incl. animal enclosures * Ensuring operational safety and compliance with hygiene regulations * Readiness to perform on-call duty * Support as well as deputy for the Head of Technical Service (mutual) as well as close cooperation with other areas You bring with you: * Completed apprenticeship in a technical profession such as sanitary/heating/or electrical installer * At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar function or similar environment * Resilient, team- and solution-oriented personality with high social competence as well as joy in dealing with elderly people * Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of MS-Office 365 * Driver's license category B Pflege- und Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen We offer around 100 residents a home in 3 residential houses.
