After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)

For one of our clients located in the Canton du Jura, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Take care of installation, configuration, maintenance and repair
• Diagnose faults
• Perform quality controls according to device requirements
• Install software and hardware updates according to factory directives
• Plan, coordinate and execute overhauls
• Provide regular on-call service
• Advice and training of customers

Your profile

• In-depth basic training in the technical field or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• You are autonomous, precise and conscientious
• You are ready to carry out missions outside of normal working hours
• You have an excellent level of French and German or English (spoken and written)
• Driving license indispensable
