Head of Execution Refurbishment

You will take overall responsibility for the execution of refurbishment projects in the construction industry and lead site managers and project teams in Central Switzerland.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the execution of refurbishment projects
• Leadership and coaching of site managers, foremen and project teams
• Planning and control of resources, personnel and machinery
• Ensuring compliance with quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety
• Responsibility for tenders, awards and supplementary contract management
• Support and advice for clients, planners and engineers
• Participation in the acquisition and calculation of new projects

Profile

• Completed training in the construction industry (Civil Engineer FH/ETH, Site Manager, Master Builder or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in refurbishment, concrete repair, renovation or structural and civil engineering
• Experience in leading employees and project teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong organizational skills
• Negotiation skills and a confident appearance towards customers and authorities
• Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations in the Swiss construction industry
• Very good German skills, further language skills an advantage
