Metalworker for construction site management in facade construction

Activity

• Management and leadership of construction sites in the facade sector
• – Ensuring timely, qualitatively flawless and economical execution of the work
• Coordination and deployment planning of the installers as well as technical guidance and support of the team
• Active promotion and further development of the employees
• Overall responsibility for the construction site process
• – including calculation, work preparation (AVOR), measurement and billing
• Competent representation of the company towards clients, planners, architects and suppliers
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the construction site and the office

Requirements

• Several years of experience in facade construction or a related construction industry
• Completed construction technology or manual vocational training (e.g., facade builder, metalworker, carpenter or similar)
• Leadership experience as a foreman, chief installer or construction site manager
• Organizational talent, assertiveness and high quality orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German skills and driving license Cat. B
