Your contribution

• Carry out the repair and overhaul of main and auxiliary devices, trolleys as well as steering and braking systems
• Mount and dismount assemblies such as engines, gearboxes, lateral transmissions, clutches, etc.
• Check and adjust all vehicle components as well as perform programmed maintenance of hulls and chassis
• Provide advice and assistance to customers during pickups and deliveries regarding driving safety, accident prevention, maintenance and cleaning as well as check the vehicle inventory
• Provide technical support during maintenance operations at shooting ranges and decentralized armories for a maximum of 10 weeks per year

What distinguishes you

• Completed professional training as an automotive mechatronics technician (cars/utility vehicles) or equivalent training
• Driving license category B (driving licenses for categories C and C1E and the forklift license recognized by SUVA constitute an advantage)
• Fast and conscientious way of working, organizational skills capable of ensuring impeccable process execution
• Performance-oriented behavior in customer contact
• Cooperative and reliable behavior within the team

It provides all logistic services for the benefit of the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
